"To Be A Burden" is Coda Nova's debut track release, hitting all platforms 04/08/2022. This song was the first the band put together upon forming in 2020, and the band feels it well represents their passion for dynamic and theatrical rock music that tells a story.

The song is written about the inner conflict we face as we are battling the adversities life can swiftly lay at our feet. This life can enrich us, or it can pain us, and ultimately that choice is our own through attitude and adaptation.
